Influence of Structural Parameters of New Composite Liner on Jet Penetration
Main Article Content
Abstract
In order to increase the perforation diameter of the jet,the composite liner consisting of a spherical segment and a truncated cone was proposed, and the composite liner was studied by experiment and numerical simulation. By means of numerical simulation and three factor and three level orthogonal design experiments, the influences of radius of external circular bus, charge length diameter ratio, blast height and shell on penetration depth were studied, and the linear regression analysis was carried out. The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experiment. With the increase of the radius of the round bus outside the spherical segment, the penetration depth decreases; with the increase of the charge length diameter ratio from 0.8 to 1.2,the change of the penetration depth is not obvious; with the increase of the blast height, the penetration depth increases; with the increase of the shell, the penetration diameter increases by more than 100%,and the penetration depth decreases by less than or equal to 20.29%.The bus radius and shell thickness are the structural parameters of the new composite liner affecting the penetration depth.
