Online Trajectory Parameter Filtering and Identification Method Analysis

Abstract
To estimate the trajectory parameters on line and analyze the accuracy of one-dimension trajectory correction projectiles(ODTCP)based on the radar measurement systems quickly, the flight control model for ODTCP was established. A ballistic filter model was established based on the Kalman filter theory, which was adapted to the ODTCP. A trajectory prediction approach was proposed by using the ballistic filter model. Based on the extended Kalman ballistic filter model, the effects of the accuracy of measurement data and the variations of the aerodynamic parameters on the trajectory prediction were calculated and analyzed. The calculation results show that, to improve the trajectory prediction accuracy of unguided and guided trajectories, the drag coefficient of ODTCP should be obtained as accurately as possible. Gun-firing experiment of several rounds was carried out. The variance of the trajectory states should be tuned elaborately by using the prediction-correction approach to improve the trajectory prediction accuracy.
